YOUR DATA, EXPLAINED

Privacy Policy

Jetly uses the information needed to personalize travel discovery, protect your account, and run your membership. We do not sell personal information.

Effective July 18, 2026

Information we collect

When you create an account or complete onboarding, we may receive your name, email address, home airport, travel preferences, budget, desired destinations, and the button-selected answers you provide. We also store saved trips, subscription status, and basic security and service records associated with your account.

Jetly uses a random browser identifier to count unique landing visits, onboarding starts, cards viewed, likely exit points, and completed Stripe checkouts. This funnel log does not store your onboarding answers, exact budget, airport choices, name, or email address.

If you allow browser location access, your coordinates are sent to Jetly's same-origin location service only to identify a nearby scheduled airport. Jetly does not intentionally store those coordinates in its application database. You can deny location access and choose an airport manually; the default is SFO.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate you, remember preferences, rank relevant flight results, build requested itineraries, manage saved trips and membership access, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

Jetly relies on providers that process limited information for us: Supabase for authentication and data storage; Stripe for checkout, billing, and subscription status; Google for optional Google sign-in and flight handoffs; SerpApi for travel-search results; OpenAI for member-requested trip plans; Vercel for application hosting; and Cloudflare for domain and network services. Their own terms and privacy policies govern information they process independently.

Jetly does not store full payment-card numbers. Stripe handles payment details. New flight-handoff records retain a Jetly surface, provider hostname, handoff path, and attribution outcome rather than a full booking URL or booking token.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose information to the providers above as needed to operate Jetly, when you direct us to share a trip, or when required for safety, fraud prevention, legal process, or a business transfer. We keep account information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for billing, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

Your choices

You can decline location access, use passwordless email instead of Google sign-in, change travel choices in the product, and remove saved trips. To request access, correction, or deletion of account data, email danielzhao2024@gmail.com. We may need to verify that the request belongs to you.

Security, children, and changes

We use reasonable safeguards, including account-scoped database access controls, but no online service can promise absolute security. Jetly is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the product changes; the effective date above will identify the latest version.
